To start the VIBE process, complete the form below. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the scheduling page to book your Home Buyer Consultation. When complete, you will be redirected to Step 3.
The next step in the VIBE process is getting pre-qualified. The better you know the numbers, the better prepared you’ll be to buy a home. If you’re already pre-qualified, have your pre-qualification or pre-approval letter ready and move on to step 4.
Search for your new home and be sure to create an account to get regular updates of the new listings available.
We’re gathering all the documents, getting inspections and appraisals, signing paperwork, and getting ready to close the deal so you can buy a home!
Once the deal is closed, we’ll hand you the keys, take a congrats picture, and you’re out the door headed to your new home.
